Do you ever have a need to share a large file with someone at work that may not be in your program/department?
A new folder has been created on the file server for just this purpose. This directory also saves the hassle of emailing large files internally.
This folder can be found at \\aristotle\File eXchange
All CAC employees have access to this directory. So please do not saveany files with confidential information.It is best practice to create a folder with your name on it and then inform intended people that the file is ready for retrieving. Please delete the file/folder after you are finished. In case that you do forget to delete your file/folder, IT will purge the \\aristotle\File eXchangefolder on a weekly basis, unless you inform them otherwise.
