1. Open “My Computer”
 

2. If you need to install a printer that is not located within Valley View Health Centers, type \\aristotle\printers in the search bar and press the “Enter” button on your keyboard.

3. If you need to install a printer that is located within Valley View Health Centers, type \\socrates\printers in the search bar and press the “Enter” button on your keyboard.

4. Double-click the department folder where the printer is located.
 

5. Double-click the specific printer that you want to install.
 

NOTE: Most large Canon copiers do require an Administrator password to install. If you are prompted for Administrator credentials, please submit a helpdesk ticket so an IT staff can assist you.
